Preference center
Let subscribers manage their own email preferences and unsubscribe.
Every email sent through Sendra includes an unsubscribe link. When a recipient clicks it, they're taken to the preference center — a page where they can manage their subscriptions.
What subscribers see
The preference center shows:
- List subscriptions — checkboxes for each public list. Subscribers can opt in or out of individual lists without unsubscribing from everything.
- Unsubscribe from all — a single action to opt out of all emails.
- Data export — subscribers can request a copy of the data Sendra holds about them (GDPR compliance).
Customization
The preference center uses your workspace's branding:
- Your logo
- Your brand colors
- Your company name
Unsubscribe behavior
When a subscriber unsubscribes:
- Their contact record is updated to reflect the change
- They're immediately excluded from future campaign sends
- They can re-subscribe later through the preference center or a signup form
GDPR compliance
The preference center supports GDPR requirements:
- Subscribers can view what data you hold about them
- They can request data export
- They can unsubscribe (withdraw consent) at any time
- Your compliance fields (company name, address) are displayed
