Media library
Upload, browse, and reuse the images you embed in campaigns and brand assets.
The Media library is your workspace's home for every image you've uploaded — campaign images, brand logos, and assets pulled in from your existing emails. Open it from Library → Media in the sidebar.
Uploading images
Click Upload and pick one or more images. Files upload one at a time and appear in the grid immediately.
You can also add images without visiting this page — anywhere you upload in Sendra lands in the same library:
- The email editor's image block (
/image) and toolbar - Drag-and-drop or paste directly into the editor canvas
- Your brand logo in Settings → Brand

Supported formats and limits

If an upload is rejected, it's almost always the file type or the 5 MB ceiling. Compress large images before uploading — see image best practices.
Working with assets
Each card shows the filename, file size, and upload date. Hover or open an asset to:
- Copy URL — grab the public image URL to paste into HTML mode, components, or anywhere you need a raw
src. - Open — view the full-size image in a new tab.
- Delete — remove an asset you no longer need.
Deleting an image is permanent. If a sent or scheduled campaign references that URL, recipients may see a broken image. Delete only assets you're sure are unused.
Finding an image
When you're inserting an image from the editor's media picker, you can filter by filename to find an asset quickly. The picker shows the same library, newest first.
Where your images live
You don't configure any storage — Sendra hosts your images for you on fast, globally cached infrastructure, and every image gets a stable public URL that email clients can load. Your usage counts against your plan's storage quota.
