Inviting teammates
Send invites, manage seats, and bring your team into a workspace.
Invite people from Settings → Members. Admins and owners can invite; the number of teammates you can add depends on your plan's seats.
Sending an invite
- Go to Settings → Members.
- Enter one or more email addresses.
- Pick a role for the invite (Member by default).
- Send.
Each invitee gets an email with a link that's valid for 7 days. If the email doesn't arrive, copy the invite link shown in the UI and share it directly.
When they accept (signing in with that email address), they join the workspace with the role you chose.
Invites are matched by email address. If someone signs in with a verified email (e.g. Google) that has a pending invite, they're added to the workspace automatically.
Seats
A seat is consumed by each member plus each pending (unaccepted) invite.

To invite teammates on a Free workspace, upgrade to Premium — that's also where you add seats. If you hit your seat limit, Sendra prompts you to add a seat or upgrade before the invite goes out.
Manage seats any time under Settings → Billing. Removing a member or revoking a pending invite frees that seat.
Managing invites & members
- Revoke a pending invite from the Members list (admins and owners).
- Change a role with the dropdown next to each member — subject to the permission rules.
- Remove a member from the Members list. Admins can remove members; owners can remove admins and other owners. The last owner can't be removed.
